The Transaction Coordinating Dept. uses Smartsheet for Online Transaction Managment. You get that "Big Brokerage" look with no additional cost. You may sign up as a user of Smartsheet, but The TC Dept. pays for all the bells & whistles! If you prefer not to sign up as a user - no worries you'll still receive email reminders and be able to view your online transaction.
I have been using Online File Management platforms since 2007. All had features I liked. All had features I didn't like. All seemed to be created by IT people doing their best to understand what is needed within a real estate transaction. The platform I have stuck with the longest has been Smartsheet. Not created specifically for the real estate industry, but designed by IT people interested in getting stuff done. Starting out with a blank spreadsheet, I have incorporated everything I liked from previous platforms. And over the years have added features based on Agent feedback. I look forward to hearing your suggestions!
